PURCHASE SYSTEM
The client interested in a work can proceed to buy it and ask Art Collection Online for any additional information about it, referring to technical and artistic characteristics, the work's status, delivery time, etc. by writing an E-mail to: info@artcollectiononline.com or by calling +34 971 716 282.
The shipping costs will be calculated according to the volume and destination, although the client, if he wishes, can pick up the work personally in our Gallery or send it to his own carrier for collection.
From the sending of a purchase form, Art Collection Online will send a confirmation e-mail with the total amount of the purchase, including taxes, shipping costs and the data that you have given us as the delivery address, so that you can make the payment.
Once the payment is made, Art Collection Online will inform you at all times of the status of your order.
Together with the work, a delivery note will be sent with its description. By certified mail, an invoice will be sent proving the purchase and, where appropriate, a certificate of authenticity.
The buyer will receive the work at the address he determines within approximately 7 days of the formalization and payment of the purchase.
The buyer, once received the work, may within 10 days, proceed to its return if it is not to your liking, being your account transport costs and insurance to be made to the address of ARTMEDIAPLUS S.L. in Palma.
